Yael Livshitz

I was born in Jerusalem, and although I have lived here my entire life, the city still moves me.

Six years ago I started my real love affair with the city when, as an educational soldier, I guided IDF soldiers in the city. I was then exposed to Jerusalem in much larger and deeper dimensions.

After having traveled and tasted all kinds of foods in other parts of the world, I have come to the conclusion that my favorite food can be found only in Israel.
